A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. Please inquire when booking for a list of local rental providers.

2) Is pool and spa heat extra?
Pool and spa heat can be added to your reservation for an additional fee. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees & the spa to 100.

3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There are pool door alarms which meets local safety code requirements. There is no fence.

4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc.

5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip coffee maker is provided.

6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. The home is otherwise self-catering.

8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.

9) Is smoking allowed? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home; smoking outside on the pool deck is permitted. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

10) What are the times for check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.

11) Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have?
No, however cars should be parked in driveway whenever possible. If parked in street do not block other homes driveways or fire hydrants.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $40.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
