We have owned our vacation home for 17 years and, having used several other companies, can definitely say that Palm State Property Management is our best team in all that time. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right is exactly what we need for our vacation home. We feel so much happier knowing that Bob & Chelsey are now looking after it for us!
The management company was brilliant. We contacted them regarding a small problem with the iron and they responded immediately even sending a brand new iron to the villa the next day. They were polite and the best management company I've dealt with as a visitor.
We had an amazing time in Florida and loved staying at this villa. We have stayed at other properties in the area previously. I would say that this property here is the best we have stayed in. It was prepared to an extremely high standard and there are loads of little nice touches that really set it apart. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Disney - in fact I wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else.

Every area and little nook and cranny was so clean, even areas where dust might accumulate were spotless; the cleaners obviously do an amazing job.

The house was immaculate and the pool area is serviced every week where in other villas the pools seem to only be serviced every other week. Everything was excellent, even down to the recommendations for restaurants in the info book.

We have been coming to the USA for over 20 years now and found this rental to be the best yet. It’s just a pity we had not been aware of it sooner. A couple of small issues that arose were dealt with smartly and efficiently by Bob and Chelsey of the property management company. All round it's been an absolute pleasure.

From booking to leaving, everything was great! The management was on it if there was any problem which we only had one minor issue and was resolved immediately.
